  • Account & Identity: name, email address, phone number, and role.
  • School Data: student records, staff records, attendance, marks, fees, and related academic information entered by the school.
  • Payment Data: processed securely by our payment partner (Cashfree). We do not store card or bank details on our servers.
  • Usage Data: device type, browser, IP address, login times, and interactions with the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To process subscriptions and payments.
  • To provide customer support and communicate service updates.
  • To monitor, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Data Ownership

Each school owns the data it enters. We act as a data processor on the school's behalf and process such data only to provide the Service.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, payment processing by Cashfree and email delivery by Brevo), and where required by law.

Student information is provided and controlled by the school. Schools are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from parents or guardians in accordance with applicable law.

We retain data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Schools may request deletion of their data upon account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
