These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Eiho Edu (the "Service"), operated by Eihotech Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Mangminlen Kipgen, located at Lamka, Churachandpur, Manipur 795128, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Eiho Edu is a subscription-based, cloud school management platform provided to schools and educational institutions.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information.
3. Subscriptions & Plans
The Service is offered under subscription plans with defined student and feature limits. A free 15-day trial is available. Paid plans are billed annually or monthly as selected at checkout.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree. Fees are payable in advance. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
7. Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership of the data they enter. We process such data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software and content, is the property of Eihotech Solutions and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and updates from time to time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Churachandpur, Manipur.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
